Tesco Food June 2022 feature

In celebration of Pride month, I was invited to write for the Tesco magazine and submit a masterclass recipe! The final result was the sunset fruit tart, which consisted of a chocolate coconut pastry base, an orange and turmeric curd and it is decorated with fresh fruit.
