Guest appearance during Bake Off Extra Slice

The Great British Bake Off have a spin-off show called Bake Off Extra Slice, which discusses behind the scenes content from the main show and also features additional bakes from home bakers across the country. As part of the Season 13 GBBO run, I was asked by the production team to create a showstopping pie piece, where the aim was to use seasonal fruit and sourdough discard.
